Hi Rui,

Based on just this picture I's say 'yes'. L. migratoria for sure. But I don't know if there are similar spcies known in Portugal. If there aren't, and it's size was at least 30 mm but probably a lot more, it's L.migratoria! This species is extinct in the Netherlands!

Yes, for sure. Aren't any mre species in all Europe. This one belongs to the solitary form, green and with the pronotum with a quill.
