I would be very sad if this very nice wasp prove to be unidentifiable at least the subfamily or maybe the genus? Thank you in advance!

This the better view from the wings but to tell you the truth I do not know that what is the areole exactly. I looked for some informations through the net in vain...

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
