The attached looks like the Anthomyiidae discussed in a previous thread (though male presumably). However, I would appreciate confirmation as new to photographing Diptera.

It's an anthomyiid for sure. The fly seems to have a characters rarely found in this family and a specialist could probably tell you the species name.
