Captured - Chorisops tunisiae

Captured by a small 2 mm spider, this fly with metallic green thorax measures 4,5 in 5 mm.
Photos are very bad because it was windy.
Is it possible to have the family and maybe the kind of the fly with this bad views ?

This is a species of Chorisops sp. (Stratiomyidae) but I don't know which one

I key it out as Chorisops tunisiae (mainly yellow pleurae).

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
