Body size about 20 mm

Theraphosidae. Such spiders are not found in Germany, so I cannot help with a species id. I will try to research possibilities...

Hello,
this spider is not from Theraphosidae but Barychelidae. But barychelids from Borneo are poorly known. I have similar from Brunei (not yet identified)...
