Yesterday in a car while cruising Kruger Park.

Any clue about its genus (species would be too good to be true Grin)

Simon van Noort has ID-ed this Eumeninae as a probable Paravespa spinigera. TumbsUp

Simon is Curator of Entomology of the Iziko Museums of South Africa. He is a specialist in Hymenoptera.
