I found this larva in a temporary puddle on a water tank lid (in the west of France). Looking at the siphonal hairs, I think it is a Culex pipiens larva. Is it correct ?

yes, it does look like pipiens. Definitely Culex and most likely pipiens, but I can't exclude torrentium entirely.
