I captured this Bombyliidae in Greece, Halkidiki, Sykia. on a dry rocky slope.

I think it is a male of Exoprosopa (or Hetralonia) dispar.

Heteralonia rivularis has light brown/redish patches of hairs on the side of anterior tergites and a more infuscated m_m vein, see pics here:
