Observed near Chennai, INDIA on 11-May-2017. Length 1.5cm, Black solitary wasp with blue iridescent wings This photo was taken near its nest (a hole in dead wood stick) I find them feeding on nectar of Crown flower (Calotropis gigantea) Can someone Please ID the Family/Genus?
