Female: unique among European Chrysotoxum in possessing a longitudinal, median, membranous strip on abdominal tergite 6, which effectively divides this tergite into two parts  |

I think that usually the patern of yellow markings on tergites is very distinctive ina case of Ch, cautum. The same as we can see on your picture. My English is not good enough to describe it, but I agree with your ID |
