Size: Big, ~20-22 mm
Date: 2007-07-31

Found dead on the soil. This flies are very common anyway, often fly into my car and trapped there. The eyes of living specimen are glittering in greenish.

Difficult to say from this picture.

Could very well be Hybomitra ciureai
