Volucella surely not. The vein r4+5 is sinusoide and R1 cell is open.

I think, Mallota fuciformis.

It could be also Merodon euqestris, but I cannot see triangular "tooth" at the end of femora, plus dark markings on the wings are not typical for Merodon.
