 Could be melanogaster but it is impossible to say without microscopic identification. There are several very similar species that are only easy to separate by the male genitalia. One of these species is D. simulans, that at times may be more common than melanogaster in some parts of Europe.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
