Hello
It's possible to give a name to this Cicadellidae species : found the 11/08/2016, in NE of France (Moselle, 57925 Distroff) near Luxembourg and Deutschland, 6 mm length.
She looks like Fieberiella septentrionalis ?

Thank you for your help
Louis

The genus is right but species can only be reliably separated by examining the genitalia.
