Hello!

I think this one belongs to family Gasteruptionidae.

No, Jokin is right. It is an Ammophila (Sphecidae) in 'sleeping position'. The most common and most probable species with red legs in Spain is Ammophila heydeni. In our gallery we have a photo, quite similiar to this wonderfull picture.

Hello, Christian!

And I also misspelled the family (Gasteruptiidae, not Gasteruptionidae).

It is an Ammophila (Sphecidae)

And that, although I have an Ammophila as my Windows wallpaper... Shock. But that (A. sabulosa) does not have such a thin abdomen shaft.
Best regards,
Jürgen

I can no longer send private messages (and maybe not receive?), even though my inbox and outbox are not yet full. I write, click "send" and they disappear and never show up in the outbox.
