Can anyone confirm that this spider is Sitticus pubescens?

Sorry, forgot to add that info.
Photo taken in North Yorkshire UK. I found it in my moth trap on 3rd July 2016.
It is quite a rural area, and the moth trap is situated close to the house.

then pubescens is ok. They are also abundant here in northwest Germany at our housewalls. But there are similar species more south(east) in Europe.
