Well, looks like a sawfly to me. Dunno whether Ceropales is one. But I do not really understand why you posted this in the Asilidae forum... awkward

sorry that i placed it in the wrong category, it was my mistake , but i was told that it was ceropales maculata ( koekoeksspinnendoder ) and so i thougt it was a robberfly ( now i know that it was completely wrong )

Ist as Symphyta (Sawfly). Try the forum on www.entomologie.de, Ewald Jansen identifies sawflies there. But please give a location, because it makes a difference, if the specimen comes from China or from the Neatherlands.
