Male Cheilosia from N Spain to ID, please -> most probably Cheilosia scutellata

Hi, once more! I found this beautiful male of (I think!) Cheilosia on August the 30th, 2015, on Angelica sylvestris by a river in a forest, at 353 m, in Cabrales area (Asturias, N Spain).
