Long coxae and long tibial spurs are typical of Mycetophilidae and related families. Most species in that group have longer antennae than your fly. |

Thank you so much John and Happy New Year. Have just taken another set of photos in another area. Photo quality is not great but you can see longer antennae Does it appear to be in the same family?
