Hope I don't get struck off the list for this "loving" photo . Can anyone help me identify this happy couple? As ever, taken in the maquis on the coast near Rome. Thanks in advance, Sarah |

Shape of lower calypter, feminized male head, strong setation etc. suggest that the happy couple belong to a species of Coenosia (Muscidae). verner |
