There are no visible legs or head, so I think Chrysopidae is unlikely. The general appearance and orange colour suggest Cecidomyiidae, but I'm not sure which genus.

Thanks Tony, for clearing it up! I didn't even think of diptarans, because of their flat appearance, but now I took a look at several saprophilous Cecidomyiidae and I found some that looked quite similar, but without getting to know the genus. |
