Tachinidae? (small one, but brave)

This small fly (appr. 4-5 mm) tried to conquer one of our flowering plants today (at Leerdam, Netherlands). It tried to chase away even insects much bigger than itself, e.g. Megachile centuncularis and Eristalis tenax.
It looks like a small tachinid fly to me. I would be very grateful if someone could help with the identification!

Rhinophora lepida (Rhinophoridae, woodlouse parasitoids) Smile Note the long petiole on vein-m and the sharp angle in vein-m.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
