I found several of these flying around in a garden in the middle of the city of Kristiansand, Norway yesterday (05.09.2015). I guess it is a Crabronidae, and perhaps an Ectemnius? Still I am not a specialist on those ones. Would be nice if anybody have any comments / suggestions, need to see more details etc. Many thanx in advance :-)
