Another blackish Tachinid from Holland?

I found this medium sized fly close to the river Meuse in Holland. Dark gloomy weather prevented decent photographs, but I'll give it a try. Nice herbaceous vegetation with some shrubs close to the river (a few yards). Some 20 y to the other side Oak trees on sand.

I guess it might be a Tachinid because of its prickly appearance!
