In America these Lucilia-like flies with only one pair of postsutural acrostichals are Neomyia. I don't know about Europe. |

Thanks John. We got two species of Neomyia in Norway, cornicina and viridescens. From this I suppose my fly is Neomyia cornicina, the most common of the two. Leif |

I can't see if it has prst acr, but with 3 post dc it should be Neomyia cornicina indeed. The purple colour says : I'm very old now. Stephane. |
