Picture taken today (16 July 2015) at Sierra de Cazorla (JaƩn Province), southeastern Spain, at 1450 m elevation.

Size and behaviour while foraging at flowers closely resemble those of Scaeva, but the design of the abdomen is not like any Scaeva species I know.

ID Help will be greatly appreciated !

Finally, I arrived at the conclusion that it is Scaeva mecrogramma. I'd appreciate confirmation / correction. Thanks
