No it's not. This is Eristalis anthophorina, you can find some images on bugguide.net (http://bugguide.net/node/view/17286/bgimage) Btw, why are you posting it in the Asilidae forum? This is a syrphid  Greetings, Greetings, Gerard Pennards |
