On Equisetum sp. Coccons related to any of those subadults or domething else ? Cocoon lenght ~ 3 mm.

The empty cocoons are those of Microgastrinae (Braconidae), maybe Protapanteles sp according to Taxapad.
The larva on the lower pic seems to be a Symphyta to me, I don't think that it has any relation with the caterpillar neither the with cocoons.

The larva in the upper picture could be Lymantriidae.
