Or Cecidomyiidae, e.g. Aphidoletes. I can't see the spiracles. The distinctive character of immature Syrphidae is spiracles fused together on short to very long stalks. Immature Cecidomyiidae are distinguished by head structure.

Predatory Syrphidae are in subfamily Syrphinae. Predatory Cecidomyiidae are in supertribe Cecidomyiidi.

Mybe transparent body part puts it into Cecidomyiidi (not Syrphinae)
