Hmm, does the fly really have no median marginals on T1+2? And does it have any bristles on R1 and R4+5 to r-m? It looks eminently identifiable but it doesn't ring any bells here. |

The wing venation (fold to bend M) suggests Exoristini, and then the ocellar bristles are placed at level of anterior ocellus Bessa. And since there are distinct discal setae: Bessa selecta Nice pictures, as always Theo |
