Is it some kind of Tachinidae ?

It was my first guess and at second sight I went wrong looking at abdominal setae ...

May be Phaonia ... ? bicincta, rufiventris ... ?

No, look at the wing venation. It is Muscidae, Phaonia subventa male (I photographed it today, too Cool).
