 Hi,
I found this larva in a big stream in West Finland.
I took the photo on 5 March 2015 Kokkola, Finland.
Size 27mm.

 If I'm seeing this correctly (I think the first picture is up-side-down), this is Tipula subgenus Yamatotipula
