In a Hungarian forum someone asked me that what might tell from this poor quality photo depicting a fly which is undoubtfully a Tachinid. The photo was taken somewhere in Hungary but I can not give you any informations neither from the size nor from the habitat. I have got a quite blurry image from a very similar fly identified here as a Dufouria sp. I think you will able to determine it at least the genus level.

I'd say it is Zophomyia temula - I don't think there is anything else in southern Europe that looks the same |
