Hi,
Please could anyone help me to id this? Ive looked in the gallery but im still not sure on the family?
Size maybe 4-5mm ish?,seen in rural sussex,near a river and reeds.

I was hoping it might be a Conopid..another new one for me.
I was lucky to get a pic,the wind was bouncing it about all over the place.
