Hi Marko.
I don't think that it is Pegomya bicolor, you can compare with Gallery, your fly has all black legs, for example.
It is not easy case. I think that it isn't Anthomyiidae at all, but Muscidae, may be some Coenosia.

Thricops semicinereus (Muscidae,) if I'm not totally mistaken.
