Tachinidae with such sizeable calypters, typical bristles, bend in M vein. Theo or Chris will say more about possible genus.

Thelaira cf. nigripes (family Tachinidae) would be my guess Smile Long legs and very big eyes are quite characteristic of this genus, and I think I can only see a few ad bristles on the mid tibia so that would favour nigripes.
