Hi Alexey, due to the thickened hind femur and tibia combined with the yellow face I think it's a male Macropis sp. But I don't know the russia fauna at all, so I can't go deeper… In Germany we have two species, M. europaea and M. fulvipes, both with 8 - 10mm significantly larger than your reported 5mm, but not distinguishable on foto.
