hello, can anyone help me to ID this little green one? I must admit, I even don't know if its a bee or a wasp...as my guess is bee it is very little..approx.3mm and found on 23-08 in Voeren,Belgium. Neither bee nor wasp. It is from Chalcidoidea super-family

Might be a Torymus sp (Torymidae) but I am not an expert. |

It's actually Pteromalidae, Miscogasterinae. |

If I google for "Pteromalidae, Miscogasterinae" , I find some info, some photos as well. a lot of chinese as well  some actually do look like the little green one in the picture. I also have learned that there are some 125 different specimen of Miscogasterinae. I think further IDyng is nearly impossible, so i will keep it like Miscogasterinae sp. thanks a lot tristram en empeejay |
