Habitat: Resting in a flower on grass field

Only one shot of this rather small fly (<10mm). I think it might be a Tachypeza sp (Hybotidae). I am grateful for any help with the ID.

Edit: Changed subject (Tachypeza sp?)

Trying to run it through the Scandinavian key as best I can I arrive at Platypalpus agilis. Maybe Igor will correct me.
