Habitat: park-garden.

Looks like Hypera zoilus, but I?m not shure if there are no more related species in Spain. Greetings Frank

Sorry, Hypera zoilus is called Donus zoilus in the Fauna Europaea and present in Spain too. It?s a very common weevil on Rumex and should be widespread in your country. We should send this picture to an expert. Greetings Frank

In these case, can be Donus zoilus. Other related species (in the same subgenus Antidonus) are Donus brevirostris, Donus dauci and Donus lunatus.

I dont't know how can I send the photo to your gallery, so, if you want, take the picture and send to the expert...

I never will be enough grateful. Wink
