Sorry, Hypera zoilus is called Donus zoilus in the Fauna Europaea and present in Spain too. It?s a very common weevil on Rumex and should be widespread in your country. We should send this picture to an expert. Greetings Frank |

Thanks! In these case, can be Donus zoilus. Other related species (in the same subgenus Antidonus) are Donus brevirostris, Donus dauci and Donus lunatus. I dont't know how can I send the photo to your gallery, so, if you want, take the picture and send to the expert... I never will be enough grateful. |
