This is a Ichneumonid wasp. No idea of the species; it is an immense group on parasitic wasps and I'm no expert.

I recomend http://www.forum..../index.php for that kind of things, athough I was told today, 99.9 % of those can't be identfied to species from image.

There they pull something from time to time from image. Sometimes they pull nothing (-:
