Malachius, Malachiidae, at least the left one is a female. The males have characteristic antennae that I cannot see in the right specimen. Two species should be compared: M. aeneus: second antennal segment about as long as the first; males: second and third antennal segment hook-like broadened M. rubidus: second antennal segment much shorter than the first; males: second, third, and fourth antennal segment strongly broadened.
