Hi all, Sorry for the bad quality of the photo, but this fly decided the eye of heaven shined too hot, and it sought shelter where I couldn't follow. It looks much like a Sepsid fly, but I never saw them with colored wings. Can it be IDed on the basis of this photo?? Taken today in Amstelveen, the Netherlands. On shrubs bordering ditch and food path. Of course it is a small fly, but may be big for a sepsid frame of reference...
