It seems I haven't photographed this one before. On young leaves of Apiaceae, edge of forest. Size 2 mm.

Two close-ups of the head. I've also got a bigger specimen (2.5 to 3 mm) which is very similar but more vividly coloured, with distinct brown median stripe on reddish prosternum (reaching scutum) and shiny-black tip of abdomen. Antennae with one ventral branch only and acrostichal setae in two rows -> indeed pallida.
