Bombyliidae from Crete. Identified: Lomatia sp.

I found this fly yesterday, on the island of Crete, in Greece. Its size was 10-15mm. Do you think it's Bombyliidae, Villa sp.? Click the photo below, to see a larger version. Edited by markop on 30-04-2007 22:41 |

Villa sp. I don?t think so. Perhaps Conophorus sp.? |

this is Lomatia, after Villa one of the most problematical genera so i will not attempt to name it. |
