Looks like Culicidae, Aedes. Is it?

Hi Nikita,

It is definitely not an Aedes nor it is a Culex. Since I have come across this larvae (something like it) before, it could be a Uranotaenia. Please double check

I tryed with key of "Fresh water invertabrates of USSR", but without succes. As you understand keying by image needs at least previos succesful keying of collected insecta or a lot of experience I havn't yetWink
