It are bad pictures but maybe these characters may help. The second pair of wings is reduced to feathers slightly shorter then it's front wings. The body was not hairy. Its antenna were not straight but with a twist in it. I did not notice any extended parts so I don't think it's a Ichneumonidae They were found in forest with only beech, sessile oak, douglas and larix. My best guess would be Eurytomidae.
