Caught at Teruel, Aragon, Spain, in summer 2000, in an open mixed forest with praries near Pitarque river, surrounded by steppe-land. Very big, about 5 cm long. Dark wings. Someone can help me? |

This is species of the genus Dasypogon, from which we know 3-4 species from the Iberian Peninsula. You have to check the male genitalia - the tip of the aedeagus. Tomasovic published a useful key. Yours |
