Hallo

Bavaria, 17.August
A 2cm long larva near a forest, it has burrowed quickly at sand from a Bombus-nest.
Is it possible to determine it?

Regards,
Dennis

Hallo Paul

Yes, it looks very similar to Therevidae, they have the same snake-like form and posture.

Perhaps someone can say more, if not, I will safe it as Therevidae sp.

Regards,
Dennis
