Is this the tibial organ on the posterior side of the hind tibia of Madiza ?
(with some plastic contamination to the left of the tibia)

Yes, that is the tibial organ. The males also have internal abdominal glands and on your first photo you can see that the anterior margin of tergite 5 looks "funny". I am sure it would be interesting to study these structures.
